One of my most significant projects: the establishment and launch of a small consulting company focused on training program management, instructional design, organizational development, training event planning, and language training for government clients.

From the ground up, I developed a variety of training programs, including both classroom and virtual training options, as well as immersive global training experiences overseas. I meticulously crafted all training materials and designed the brand identity to ensure a cohesive and professional image.

I also set up my own Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline the training process and enhance the learner experience. Staying current with industry trends is important to me, so I continually study best practices and utilize industry tools to build high-quality course content.

In addition to content development, I recruited and onboarded a team of skilled contract instructors, providing them with the necessary training and resources to deliver high-quality instruction. I negotiated contracts with military organizations, vendors, and corporate clients, ensuring that our services aligned with their specific needs and requirements.

Running the business involved not only overseeing operations but also implementing marketing strategies to effectively reach our target audience. This project allowed me to combine my passion for instructional design with my entrepreneurial spirit.

Through this experience, I honed my skills in business development, project management, instructional design, and business operations, and I’m excited to continue building on this foundation in future endeavors.
